RETURN POLICY
No products will be accepted at PALCIK Educational that arrive without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number. Please contact our client services department at 1-866-999-8939 for your authorization number in the event that any materials need to be returned. Also, please have your order number and purchase order handy for expediting the process. Returned goods may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

PRICING
All prices on the website and in the printed catalogues are provided in CANADIAN DOLLARS ( CDN$ ). We suggest that you compare our prices with those that you have been paying, and know that you can buy with confidence from us knowing that our prices are firm for the calendar year of the catalogue. While every attempt will be made to maintain these prices, there may be instances where certain products become significantly more expensive, and PALCIK Educational reserves the right to adjust prices.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY All products will be shipped directly to the educational institution identified on the Purchase Order or online 'Ship To' address. Orders that are called in via telephone will be shipped to the school identified by the caller unless otherwise specified.

PALCIK Educational Products Ltd. ships to schools via a courier with expected delivery in 7-10 business days from the day your order was placed. Our delivery charges are the most economical available. We only ship with UPS within Canada. Should you require shipping alternatives including air freight, please contact our client services department for your options at 1-866-999-8939. Some items that are large or very heavy may incur a freight surcharge. You will be notified at the time of purchase in these exist on your order. ( chemical cabinets, furniture, etc. )

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
PALCIK Educational has taken great steps to ensure that you get what you order on time, and intact. Please inspect your products as soon as possible upon arrival at your school. All the products delivered by UPS should be inspected for any damages or omissions upon delivery. Please call client services at 1-866-999-8939 and immediately if there is an issue with your order and we will do what it takes to make it right.
